Printhead of 60cm DTF printer is a very important part and needs to be cleaned frequently, so why do you need to clean it frequently? Let's take a look below.

DTF ink is a volatile liquid, which is easy to volatilize in air and clear out solids. This is main reason for clogging of printhead. When printhead is spraying on materials, there will always be a part of ink left around. This part of ink will gradually become smaller and even block printhead after drying in air, but because it is on outside of printhead, it is easy to clean up, which is why we often clean printheads of DTF shirt printing machine.

In order to keep DTF printheads in best working condition and avoid clogging printheads due to volatilization of DTF inks, please follow following methods for maintenance.

1. Move 60cm DTF printer head back to capping station at far right end and make printhead and moisturizing cap tightly integrated.

2. First clean moisturizing sponge with a special cleaning fluid, and then pour cleaning fluid on sponge to soak it.

3. Turn off power to DTF shirt printer.

4.Leave DTF printer in this state overnight.
